Refund policy

At Pulse & Palette Design House, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below are the guidelines for cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

Order Changes & Cancellations

  1. Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:

    • You may cancel your order for a full refund using the original payment method.
    • Changes to style, color, or dimensions are also allowed during this period.
  2. Within 5 Days of Order Placement:

    • Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No further changes or cancellations will be accepted after this timeframe.
  3. Custom-Made Products:

    • Since all our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed, unless faulty.

Product Disclaimer

  • Color & Texture Variations: Product images are for reference only and may not fully capture the actual color, texture, or finish due to screen variations and digital rendering.
  • Dimensional Tolerance: A variation of ±5% in product dimensions is considered acceptable.

Return, Exchange, or Refund Eligibility

You may request a return, exchange, or refund if the delivered product is faulty or incorrect. This includes:

  • Wrong material.
  • Wrong color (minor variations due to digital representation are not eligible).
  • Wrong dimensions (within acceptable limits of ±5%).
  • Defective, damaged, or broken items.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  • Notice must be given within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and installed by our technician.
  • The product must not have been moved from its original place of delivery.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Products that have been altered, assembled, or moved from the delivery location.
  • Requests for a different color, size, or style.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14–16 working days via the original payment method.
  • Processing times are subject to bank or card issuer policies.

Post-Purchase Modifications

We do not provide services such as changing fabrics, reupholstering, replacing foam, repainting, or altering dimensions after purchase. For such modifications, we recommend consulting a professional service provider.
