At Pulse & Palette Design House, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below are the guidelines for cancellations, returns, and exchanges:
Order Changes & Cancellations

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:
- You may cancel your order for a full refund using the original payment method.
- Changes to style, color, or dimensions are also allowed during this period.

Within 5 Days of Order Placement:
- Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No further changes or cancellations will be accepted after this timeframe.

Custom-Made Products:
- Since all our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed, unless faulty.
Product Disclaimer
- Color & Texture Variations: Product images are for reference only and may not fully capture the actual color, texture, or finish due to screen variations and digital rendering.
- Dimensional Tolerance: A variation of ±5% in product dimensions is considered acceptable.
Return, Exchange, or Refund Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if the delivered product is faulty or incorrect. This includes:
- Wrong material.
- Wrong color (minor variations due to digital representation are not eligible).
- Wrong dimensions (within acceptable limits of ±5%).
- Defective, damaged, or broken items.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Notice must be given within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and installed by our technician.
- The product must not have been moved from its original place of delivery.
Exclusions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been altered, assembled, or moved from the delivery location.
- Requests for a different color, size, or style.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14–16 working days via the original payment method.
- Processing times are subject to bank or card issuer policies.
Post-Purchase Modifications
We do not provide services such as changing fabrics, reupholstering, replacing foam, repainting, or altering dimensions after purchase. For such modifications, we recommend consulting a professional service provider.
